Reservations
We suggest making reservations a minimum of two weeks in advance of your arrival. Please call to reserve appointments or inquire about last minute availability 434.847.0000 or toll free 866.561.0spa All Spa Package appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card to secure their appointment. If you are redeeming a gift certificate please have the number available.

Cancellations
Because we have reserved time especially for you, if you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment (48 hours prior to Spa Package appointments) or there is a 50% fee charged. No-shows will be charged the full value of the service. The same will apply for gift certificates with the amount of the service being deducted from the gift certificate.

Spa Check-In
We recommend that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your spa treatment. You will be required to fill out minimal paperwork regarding your health so that the technician may adjust any treatment to your specific needs. All spa sessions will begin with a thorough consultation regarding your health and any concerns you may have. Arriving late may result in a shortened service in consideration of next clients appointment time.

We employ both male and female massage therapists. Our ability to book you with either allows us to provide you with the widest range of appointment availabilities. Please make requests when scheduling appointments if you have a preference and we will schedule your choice based on availability. Please inform your reservation representative if you are pregnant or under a physician’s care.

Gratuities are appreciated, however they are not included in the cost of the service and are at the discretion of the customer.

Cell Phones: In consideration of others, please turn off all cell phones and pagers . Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.

Gift Certificates are available for purchase and can be sent to you directly or we can arranged in advance with Acorn Hill Lodge to have placed in room with a customized spa gift basket for an additional fee. Please call for details.
